Rich, deep dark ruby with a fine purple shimmer. Dark and dense nose, showing appealing notes of cedar, blackberry and dark plum. Firm and full-bodied palate, showing pronounced notes of tobacco, blackberry and butter, gripping tannins, still quite rough on the finish.
