Tasting Notes
A touch of chalk, fresh tangerine peel and chalk on the nose. The scent is incredibly fresh, the palate is vivid. The mousse is now gentler, but the core of the wine is of pristine freshness. Wonderful concentration plays on the palate and fills the mind, the palate, the senses with absolute freshness. There is an overtone from start to finish of fern, of fragrant freshness. This is a revelation, a treasure, a picture of freshness and complexity. The length is amazing, the freshness mind-blowing. Incredible. (This was the last vintage of the house still partially fermented in oak barrels.
