Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine, very delicate mousse. Delicately nutty-roasted yellow peach fruit, white apple, floral nuances, fine caramel touch, a hint of acacia honey, some marzipan. Complex, juicy notes of ripe papaya, silky, finesse-rich acid structure, balanced on the finish, lemon, salty touch, hints of liquorice, a hint of blood orange on the finish, great length, an incredibly multi-faceted, powerful food companion.
