Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink, silver reflections, fine, very persistent mousse. Delicate red berries, a hint of marzipan and white nougat, candied orange zest underneath. Juicy, elegant, yellow stone fruit, nuances of caramel, red cherry fruit, fine sweetness on the finish, mineral and coherent, red berry aftertaste, very balanced. An extremely successful cuvée.
