Tasting Notes
A lovely sense of apricot is still super-fresh on the nose. This has mind-bending freshness. The palate is slender, has a sense of soy sauce at the core but only a touch because the heart of this is all about pristine, bright, vivid lemon. The body is slender, the mousse is gentle, the concentration is of dried, salty lemon peel. This is incredibly fresh and youthful, almost incisive. This is unreal – incredibly fresh. A relic that is alive.
