Tasting Notes
There still is a touch of apricot amidst the smoky hints on the nose. A touch of candlewax informs that fruit. The palate is absolutely taut, absolutely bright. The concentration bundles lemony freshness in fashion that defies age, space and time. Air reveals a touch of truffle, of cep. The brightness is luminous, anchored in that earthy, mushroomy but fresh depth. Incredible.
