Tasting Notes
A lovely softness of fresh cream and ripe stone fruit -especially Mirabelle plum – pervades the nose, followed by fresh, white field mushroom. The palate comes with a lovely hint of caramelised apple, of molten wax, of a kind of caramelised fruitiness that is juxtaposed with bright, lovely, lemon freshness. The finish has a serene sense of pure, dried lemon peel and more lovely, profound earthiness and spekuloos biscuit.
