Tasting Notes
Medium straw yellow with silver reflections and a fine, lively mousse. White flowers and citrus zest accompany clear nuances of brioche, underlaid with some apricot, yellow plum and herbal savouriness. Juicy and elegant on the palate, which is full-bodied and fresh with some fine ethereal notes. There's a hint of mint on the finish, which is mineral and persistent. A complex food companion.
