Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green, delicate lanolin note on the nose, fine herbal spice, delicate hazelnut, tangerine, grapefruit, complex aromas, some flint again on the palate, has character, good length, interesting style.
More about the tastingThe Reserva (10 hl/ha) is more inspired by Burgundy, the basic idea here is to show more lightness than thickness: strong yellow gold, fine biscuit-roasted almond nose, pain grillé, fine tobacco note, fruit is not at all sought, very tightly meshed on the palate, with a long-lasting mineral impression, a wine that seems rather closed in its youth, yet here every cog meshes with another, the texture is precision work, perfect as if made by a Swiss watchmaker.
