Very bright yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine lemony aspects, nuances of lime zest, verbena, a touch of white peach, mineral note. Light-footed, fresh green apple, salty texture, very lively, racy acidity, chalky touch on the finish, a balanced, light-footed, yet delicate food wine with very good varietal character. (now until 2025).
