Medium green yellow in colour. Smoky and roasted, attractive bouquet reminiscent of Meursault, ripe yellow apple fruit, delicate hints of melon and nougat. Juicy, medium complexity, elegant, fine stone fruit notes, finesse-rich acid structure, fine extract sweetness, shows good length, a well-balanced food companion, salty on the finish, good development and certain ageing potential. Will improve with a little bottle ageing.
