Deep, dark ruby-garnet with purple reflections and a touch of rim brightening. Ripe plums, hints of raisins and figs are underlaid by a fine herbal spice and flashes of balsamic. The palate is complex, again with fine dried fruit nuances, and a fresh acidity that balances the pleasant fruit sweetness. It's elegant and round, and already well developed and drinkable.
