Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple tinges, faintly lighter at the rim. Soft velour and smoky notes underpinned with black fruit nuances, a hint of meatiness, toasty aromas and herbal, savoury tones. Juicy, luscious blueberries, delicate nuances of figs, ripe, round tannins, soft hints of vanilla, fine acidity marked by a tangy finish and gentle resonating nuances of soy sauce.
