Delicate medicinal nuances, a dark balsamic touch, eucalyptus, underpinnings of ripe black berry-fruit, hints of dried plums, and figs. Taut, elegant, ripe sweet cherries, fine spices, salty minerality, a fine acidity, dark nougat on the finish, pairs well with food, with a strong ageing potential.
