Bright copper colour. Orange zest, wild berry confit and cordial with a touch of red cookie. Rustic mousse, finely woven sweetness with zesty acidity. Medium body. Dark red fruit lingers in the aftertaste. Very full-bodied cava, suitable for game dishes.
