Greenish golden yellow colour. Delicate shortbread, vanilla, honeydew melon, Williams pear and pomelo on the nose. The delicate, meringue-like mousse fills the palate. A fine acidity and chalky minerality add structure, with characterful grapefruit notes on the aftertaste.
