Golden yellow colour with silver reflections. The nose is fruity with notes of yellow apple, apricot and peach, with caramel and vanilla cream. The delicate mousse appears creamy on the palate, compact, tight body with discreet wood influence and well-integrated acidity. Persistent, powerful Cava with slightly salty nutty notes on the finish. And ideal food wine.
