Bright, luminous yellow gold with green reflections. Fine, intense aroma of almond cookies, grated yellow apple, orange zest and smoke. On the palate, it is gripping, full-bodied, appears rich and profound with a well-substituted acid core. Excellent mineral length characterised by the terroir. Ideal food companion.
