Brilliant straw yellow in the glass. Intense aromas of ripe yellow stone fruit, crema catalana and brioche, accompanied by roasted almonds and fennel seeds. There's a creamy mousse on the palate with a mineral, salty acidity. Ripe, nutty notes show in the aftertaste, which finishes creamy and with plenty of juice.
