Silvery, bright white gold in colour. A fine bouquet of freshly baked yeast plait, lemon jam and some subtle floral nuances. A juicy, harmonious acidity structure reveals itself on the palate, accompanied by a fine mousse that shines with gentle drive and a pleasant fruit texture of lime and pear, rounded off by a subtle note of fleur de sel.
