Brilliant golden yellow colour. Intense bouquet of vanilla cream, Williams pear, galia melon and a hint of blossom honey and lemon confit. Round and creamy on the palate, supported by fine acidity and a smooth perlage; tart nuances lend additional complexity. Hints of candied almonds on the finish. A stylish accompaniment to a meal.
