Silver-coloured, light golden yellow. Delicate aroma of ripe yellow stone fruit, some lime tart, tropical fruit and fine smoky notes. Creamy and elegant on the palate with a salty acidity and nutty depth. Lively, silky structure, refined with mineral complexity and striking freshness. Long finish of salted caramel and elegant fruit. Characterised by the terroir.
