The red wine Noàro Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery Provolo has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella , Oseleta from the region Veneto in Italy.
Deep, dark ruby red in colour. On the nose, rich aromas of cherry compote, milk chocolate and dried fig, with hints of molasses and dried rose petal. The palate is delicately spicy, with a rich interplay between smooth texture, tightly woven tannins and a balanced, firmly driven finish.
