The red wine Valpolicella DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Provolo has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella , Molinara, Corvinone Veronese from the region Veneto in Italy.
Dark shining ruby red with opaque core. Sweetish nose, of ripe wild berries, some blackberries, underlaid with delicate savouriness. On the palate of good structure, opens on hearty nuances of strawberry jam, nice juice with powerful finish.
