Tasting Notes
Deep ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate brightening at the rim. Delicate tobacco and vegetal notes of cherry and blackberry on the nose, some cocoa, rather restrained bouquet. Fresh and spicy on the palate, fine cherry confit, well-integrated wood note, appears rather light-footed, pleasant, versatile food companion.
