Tasting Notes
Very slightly lighter rim. Dried bean, mint, herbal bitters, maquis, dried plum. Initially ripe, fruit and spice in good harmony, the palate is juicy and a lot of tactile minerality, tight texture, medium grain tannins, a touch of positive green tones, sinewy, young, good acidity, structurally very long, the alcohol seems integrated, it has a promising structure. Surprisingly dense and deep, with ripe juicy cassis flavours on the finish. It combines elegance and density.
