Tasting Notes
Very closed, maquis, mugwort, juniper, dry undergrowth, some wood, caramel, roasted hazelnut, roasted sesame. Soft, slightly viscous background and a dry tannin filling, rather deep acidity, but good-natured in its naturally broad way, medium-grained tannin to chew, rather tight acidity, but still with cohesion and length. Broad and full of alcohol, but in balance.
