Tasting Notes
Aged red with amber to orange hues. Some malt, ripe toasty coffee notes, red currant, almost a little animalistic, but also with vivid iron minerality. On the palate very juicy and elegant, delicate with inner firmness, great length despite the rather light impression, imperceptibly integrated acidity, minerally fine flowing and so appetizing to drink, the subtle thread of acidity holds everything together and underlines the elegance, superb finesse. Now probably at its peak.
