Tasting Notes
Rich cherry red. Some wood. Fig, sweet cherry, balsamic overtone, mineral. After time in the glass, a light minty note, intensified notes of vanilla and caramel. Soft and expansive. The wide-meshed tannin remains long on the palate, but is difficult to assess in terms of quantity: The wine probably has more tannin than is apparent due to the soft background and rather discreet acidity. Noticeable alcohol content.
