This cuveé of pinot noir and meunier grapes is very nuanced and tightly elegant. Fine yeast note, bright fruit, citrus notes, and some walnut. Vivid on the palate with delicate spiciness and fine mousse. This cuvée does not expand but remains focused with a mineral salty acidity. It is rich in finesse and clear in focus.
