It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Disgorged 2/23. hay, yeast, chopped hazelnut on the nose. On the palate, a rather brisk mousse accompanied by a firm, long-lasting acid nerve. The sparkling wine is very dry, but also has a layer of smoothness in the transition to the finish.
