Disgorged 4/23. An almost closed aroma with yeast, apple and freshly mown hay. The palate is straightforward and characterised by crisp acidity, but also a comparatively vivid dosage. The mousse is fresh and lively, but never coarse. The finish is still quite compact with a medium length.
