Disgorged 04/23. An almost still closed aroma with yeast, apple and freshly mown hay. The palate is straightforwardly built and dominated by crisp acidity, but also a comparatively vivid dosage. The mousse is fresh and lively, but not coarse at any moment. The finish seems still quite compact with medium length.
