Disgorged 1/23. A grape aroma, red currant, surprisingly little yeast involvement. On the palate, the wine has a good focus, the warm year is reflected in a comparatively ripe acidity, which nevertheless gives good tension and elegance, the medium-weight extract and the fine mousse contribute to making this a delicate sparkling wine aimed at drinking pleasure.
