Tasted 4/23: Baked apple, bergamot, blood orange and a little yeast: a complex, savoury Riesling aroma. On the palate, the sparkling wine is impeccably balanced: the acidity is fine but also lively, the dynamic mousse is countered by delicate sweetness from a measured dosage, the finish is fresh and aromatically complex. Skilful Riesling sparkling wine!
