The sekt Riesling Brut, vintage 2018 from the winery Sekthaus Raumland has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
A delicately fruity aroma with comparatively little yeast influence: peach and cherry blossom, freshly grated lemon peel and Earl Grey tea. On the palate, the wine has a very pure impression, the vintage does not show its negative attributes (breadth) at all, but rather a mild foundation without sweetness. Fine, long-lasting mousse, ripe, juicy acidity, beautiful finish savouriness.
