Disgorged 1/23. A nuanced vegetal scent, lemon peel, champagne-like yeast, some berries. Juicy on the palate, fine yet fresh mousse, lively acidity, grippy and light hearted on the finish, which again intensifies the citrus aromas. Elegant sparkling wine with good length.
