The red wine Feudo di Mezzo Etna Rosso DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Tenuta delle Terre Nere has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio from the region Sicily in Italy.
It has a medium dense ruby colour with a bright rim. There are very intense and vivid aromas, rich in fresh cherry, some raspberry, and it has a nice crispness. It is juicy and appetizing on the palate, finely meshed, with sturdy tannins, and lots of fresh cherry.
