Brightest salmon pink with rose tinge. Pithy nose, of roasted hazelnuts, preserved lemons, slightly smoky, appealing. On the palate, sharp and direct, bone dry, fine mousse, crisp acidity with steely fruit, perfect aperitif with cold cuts.
