The sparkling wine Metodo Classico VSQ Brut, vintage 2018 from the winery Venturini Baldini has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Pale straw yellow with silver reflections. The nose is of bread crust and milk chocolate, with some fine nutty nuances and white stone fruit. On the palate there's beautiful texture and a balanced profile thanks to racy and bold acidity. It comes across very vertical, with a harmonious and pure finish.
