The semi-sparkling carbonated wine VB Bio Metodo Classico Rosè Emilia IGP, vintage 2018 from the winery Venturini Baldini has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Pale straw yellow with silver reflections. Nose of bread crust, milk chocolate, fine nutty nuances, some white stone fruit. On the palate, beautifully smooth and well-balanced, racy, bold acidity, very vertical, harmonious and pure on the finish.
