The sparkling wine Cadelvento Rosé Lambrusco Spumante DOP, vintage 2022 from the winery Venturini Baldini has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Lambrusco from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Light salmon pink. On the nose, cold smoke, nougat, a light note of Amarena cherries, then very floral and fresh, citrus fruit. On the palate, a nice fruit texture, with a grippy acidity, a well integrated mousse, racy, slightly salty, with some soft tannins on the finish.
