The semi-sparkling carbonated wine Metodo Classico Spumante Emilia Rosé IGP Brut, vintage 2016 from the winery Venturini Baldini has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Delicately shimmering pink colour. Delicate aromas of fresh cherry and raspberry, a hint of butter cream, roasted walnut and some smokiness. Elegant on the palate, with filigree structure, finesse and drive, well-integrated mousse, ripe citrus fruit, fine biscuit and a polished finish.
