Light salmon pink colour. Cold smoke on the nose, nougat, delicate notes of Amarena cherry, then very floral and fresh again, citrus. On the palate with subtle fruit texture and grippy acidity, well-integrated mousse, racy, slightly salty, smooth tannins on the finish.
