Brilliant shimmering cherry red with ruby reflections. Red currants and blackberries on the nose, with a hint of lovage and wormwood. Juicy on the palate, delicate fruit underpinned by tart savoury tones, shows precision in the course, somewhat coarse-grained mousse, slightly more persistent in the finish.
