The white wine Solaris trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weinbau Dr. Wobar has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Solaris from the region Brandenburg in Germany.
The wine is still somewhat yeasty on the nose, unfolding into spicy and finally yellow-fruited aromas. In the mouth, the wine has volume and texture, almost powerful, it appears seamlessly round with ripe, almost raisin-like flavours on the finish.
