The white wine »Blanc de Blanc« trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Bicking & Bicking has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grauburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, Weißburgunder from the region Nahe in Germany.
Blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. Grapefruit, pear and also some smoked bacon on the nose. Noticeable use of wood on the palate, which still dominates the discreet stone fruit. Powerful phenolics, but still in search of harmony and balance.
