The white wine »Blanc de Blanc« trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Bicking & Bicking has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Grauburgunder, Weißburgunder from the region Nahe in Germany.
Combines aromatic Burgundy expression with Sauvignon Blanc, cassis, pear, apricot and blossom with wood savouriness. Dry and spicy on the palate with mild acidity and still characterised by the wood maturation. Deep and firm in structure, good ageing potential and needs the time.
