The white wine »Chasselas Courage Selection« trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Blankenhorn has been rated in 2019 with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gutedel from the region Baden in Germany.
Clear woody savouriness, but also limestone notes in the background. No striking fruit. Very supple on the palate, an almost atypical smoothness, but this is accompanied by lively acidity and yeasty aromas. Intense tactile and mineral finish. Unconventional.
