Tasting from 08.12.2023: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Elegant bouquet with notes of sour cherry, red currant and raspberry. There are also hints of allspice and herbal nuances as well as subtle, well-integrated roasted notes. Clear and straightforward on the palate, with juicy acidity and beautiful red fruit as well as fine savouriness. Free-grained, well-integrated tannins and a long finish.
